Infant massage offers many benefits to a child and their family. Through gentle and relaxing strokes, infant massage may encourage bonding between parent and child. Massage may help to release endorphins which may promote better sleep, may help relieve discomfort from constipation, colic and trapped gas, may increase circulation, aid in relief from sinus and chest congestion. A child may also learn to calm themselves when needed.
Infant massage training is recommended for babies 6 weeks to pre crawler. This three-week series will take place on August 14th, 21st and 28th @ 5-6. Space is limited. Please call 732-831-4801 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. $150.00 per baby/parent includes a take home of sunflower oil.
